2. Asstt.Gen.Manager/Chief Manager(R&D)/Product Upgradation
o Pay-Scale : Rs.17500-400-22300/- / Rs. 16000-400-20800/-
3. Senior Technical Manager/Technical Manager (R&D) in Microwave & Solar Photovoltaic Group
o Pay-Scale : Rs.14500-350-18700/- / Rs.13000-350-18250/-
4. Graduate Engineer in the field of Electronics, Electrical, Civil & Mechanical Engg. on Contract basis
o Consolidated amount of 12,000/- to 15,000/- per month.
5. Diploma Holders in the field of Electronics, Electrical, Civil & Mechanical Engineering on Contract basis
o Consolidated amount of Rs.6500/- to Rs.8500/- per month.
