1. Screening and sourcing of cv’s, scheduling interviews and take care of end to end recruitment process.
2. In house company hr activities and issues.
3. A flair for public interaction, a passion for growing the company, a compassionate attitude towards the issues.
4. Experience handling HR generalist roles.(including performance appraisal,Employee relationship etc….)
5. Good with written and verbal communication.
