Technical Support Engineers
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Graduate in any IT field or BE/BTech n Computer Science & IT , MCA , BCA, GNIIT etc.
2. At least 3 years experience in implementing , administrating and / or troubleshooting PC and Macintosh Operating Systems such as 2000/XP/Vista, Linux , OSX
3. A minimum of 1 year experience in troubleshooting network environment with typical network services, applications and connectivity components
4. MCSE or an equivalent certification
5. Experience in a customer service environment will be an added advantage
